Fitrah / Fidyah

At Pakeeza Trust, we use your Fitrah and Fidyah donations to provide wheat flour directly to deserving families. This essential staple allows them to prepare fresh meals during the year helping them  get through their days with dignity and comfort.

Our local volunteers personally oversee the distribution, ensuring your donations reach widows, orphans, and low-income families who need it most.

Ramadan / Eid Packs

Every year, our dedicated volunteers distribute hundreds of food packages to families most in need. Each Ramadan Pack is carefully prepared with essential staple items such as rice, flour, oil, lentils, and dates — providing families with enough for Suhoor and Iftar throughout the 30 days of Ramadan.

These packs bring relief, nourishment, and dignity to families who otherwise struggle to put food on the table during the blessed month.

💠 Ramadan Pack – £30 per pack
Provides a family with food essentials for the entire month of Ramadan.

In addition, special Eid Packs are distributed just before Eid. These include Fitrah and Fidyah donations, as well as festive food items, ensuring that families can also share in the joy and celebration of Eid like their Muslim brothers and sisters around the world.

💠 Eid Pack – £20 per pack
Includes Fitrah and Fidyah contributions, along with essential Eid food items.

Your generosity helps ensure that no family is left hungry and that everyone can celebrate these blessed days with happiness and dignity.

Marriage Assistance

In many poor communities, families simply cannot afford the costs of marriage for their daughters — leaving many young women unable to begin their new lives with dignity.

Pakeeza Trust supports the marriages of underprivileged girls who have reached the right age and are ready to start a new chapter in life. With the generosity of our donors, we provide bedding, blankets, essential household items, utensils, and furniture — helping each bride begin her married life with comfort, dignity, and hope.

Each complete marriage support package costs £250, covering all the basic household essentials a newly married couple needs to start their life together.

💠 Your contribution of £250 can help a deserving bride begin her journey with dignity and happiness.

Water Aid

Access to clean, safe drinking water is something many of us take for granted — yet for countless families in poor communities, it is a daily struggle. Women and children often walk miles under the hot sun just to fetch water, which is frequently contaminated and unsafe. This leads to illness, hardship, and prevents children from focusing on their education.

In the desert regions of Rajasthan, families often struggle daily just to find safe drinking water. With the support of our generous donors, Pakeeza Trust installs wells and water facilities to bring relief to these remote communities.

The cost of a well varies between £1,000 and £1,500, depending on the depth required. Each well transforms lives — providing fresh, clean water close to home and protecting families from illness and hardship.

📩 Contact us for more information if you’d like to sponsor a well.

Use of Riba (Interest Money)

In Islam, riba (interest money) is strictly prohibited and cannot be used for personal benefit. Any interest that accumulates must be removed from one’s wealth, as it is not considered pure.

At Pakeeza Trust, we accept riba money and ensure it is used only for necessary, non-personal benefits — projects that bring relief to communities but cannot be considered acts of worship. This includes things like building toilets, sanitation facilities, essential infrastructure, or other public services that improve the quality of life for the poor and needy.

Riba money will never be used for religious purposes such as building mosques, printing Qur’ans, or funding Islamic education. Instead, it is directed toward urgent, practical needs that ease hardship and provide dignity to those in poverty.

Qurbani Services

Every year during Eid al-Adha, Muslims around the world honour the tradition of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) through the act of Qurbani (sacrifice).

Since 2005, Pakeeza Trust has been facilitating Qurbani on behalf of donors from around the world — ensuring every sacrifice is carried out with care, compassion, and full adherence to Islamic principles.

Each year, our dedicated volunteers oversee the process from slaughter to distribution, ensuring that widows, orphans, and the poorest families receive fresh meat during the blessed days of Eid al-Adha.

For many, this is the only time of year they are able to enjoy such a meal.

We offer both full and shared Qurbani options:

  • 🐂 Full Qurbani (7 parts)

  • 🐐 Single Share (1 part)

*Please note: Qurbani prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations. For more accurate rates contact us before making a donation.

Your Qurbani donation fulfils a sacred obligation and brings joy, dignity, and nourishment to those in need.
